A little bit fruity

Pears are one of my favourite fruits to eat, but I also love their voluptuous shape.  I made this using those bits that fall out of a diecut.  I cut out a pear shape, then placed the bits on it.  When finished I glazed it with Reeves Iridescent Medium which gives the paper a fabulous depth of colour and accentuates the bits.

Punched border: Fiskars
Sentiment stamp: Penny Black
Punched tag: No brand evident

  2. What a wonderful card Carol - love the use of the die cuts to 'colour' the pear, and the pops of yellow against the blues and greens really bring it to life. That iridescent medium is fabulous to use!!
