Just look at this Kaisercraft patterned paper and feather die - woohoo!!
I made the feather cut from card made by using Adirondak paint daubers on glossy cardstock, which kind of makes the paper thicker somehow. I diecut the feather, embossed, then stencilled lightly through the die with distress ink.
I went for simple and a totally natural look with the feather, weathered paper and string. I wanted the sentiment to look hand-done. I think feathers always leave a message from birds: I was here!
Die: Kaisercraft, detailed feather
P.Paper: Kaisercraft, Boho Dreams collection
Stamp: Tm Holtz/Sizzix
String: from stash
