Birthday Smiles

I used sponsor All Dressed Up image which comes with the sentiment, and coloured it with copics:

For the tic-tac-toe I chose diagonal blue-glitter-ribbon.

This image cried out for pastels, which I don't usually work in, but I enjoyed this one and I like the soft effect.
