Stitched Roses

This is a new layered stamp set I just got and I couldn't wait to try it out.  Hmmm it's harder than it looks.  This is about try number eight or nine.  The image really does look like cross stitch especially when embossed.

Anyway I have made this for my friend in a cardswap called Floral.

Stamps:  Waffle Flowers stitched roses
Small sentiment: Avery Elle
Die: Spellbinders
EF: Couture Creations
Ribbon, Nuvo drops white, gold paper

I watched Jennifer McGuire's tutorial on youtube for layered stamping of these flowers, and partly clear-embossed the stamping, and the large part of the sentiment.
