ReplyDeleteI love this, Carol! What a great image of a proud Scotsman playing the Pipes - the tartan paper piecing is an inspired idea. So it's with a great deal of regret that I must say your card is not eligible for our 'Hand-Coloured Image' Challenge at Dream Valley, because we are looking for images that are only coloured-in, not paper-pieced. I'm so sorry, but I hope you will join in with our next Challenge.
