Cocktail Cheers

Scribbles challenge is Sparkle & Shine.  Think of me here in NZ in the full heat of summer drinking this cool, frosted drink called a Traffic Light.  The sparkle is from Wink of Stella, like moisture all over the glass when it's been in the fridge.  I wanted to keep it clean and simple, so used dry embossing to make a subtle surface for the glass to stand on; it adds a bit of texture too.

Diecut: Poppy Stamps

Also: Copics, white pigment pen, gem for sparkle.

  2. Full heat of summer? It rained all day here yesterday (and heavy at times too).
I like your traffic light drink - brings back memories from childhood. The sparkle is a really lovely touch too.

  3. It is a beautiful card. I love the colors. Glad you can enjoy something cool on your hot days. We had a lovely day today. Christmas day will change. It was in the 70's today. By Christmas morning it will be 29. Yikes! We'll be a little warmer here at the beach. But I'll be walking around in long underwear and 3 layers of clothing. Brrrrrr! [Bunny]
