I found this heart set in my stash and couldn't resist the romantic look. The heart topper is layered with white card to help it stand out more and sandwiched with pink tulle cut to the shape.There is a wrap of white tulle around the card with the satin cord. I haven't got a clue where any of it comes from. I am trying to use stuff from my stash if I can, and this has been in my stash for a long, long time.
