I made this for a crafting friend as an appreciation.  It is on a slightly textured dark blue base card which has shown up black.  The pink and navy looks great together.

    Beautiful card Carol. I can actually tell that it is a dark navy rather than black but at first glance it could be mistaken for black. I like the way you extended the sentiment.
