Every week, Lysha puts up a photographic challenge with prompts for us to look out for, then we share on Lysha's Saturday (my Sunday). It's always wonderful to see how people are inspired.
The prompts this week are: wet, numbers, child's book, favourite..., your choice.
WET: Kitchen floor just steam mopped this morning; still wet but drying quickly.
NUMBERS: Here are some of my quilting rulers; covered in numbers.
YOUR CHOICE: The last hurrah of my daffodils, backlit too. If you look closely you might see the little critter that got snapped as well.
Check it all out at Lysha's Photographic challenge, here: ispy-40
I tend to be very messy when I'm creating too. Eric Carle is one of my favorite children's authors.
ReplyDeleteA wonderful pick again Carol, love a fresh mopped floor and you got clever with the numbers, how sweet you still keep some books for little ones, as for the messy desk I think its compulsery :)) and the Daff is beautiful even the little critter.
ReplyDeleteHope you had a lovely sunday, mine is just starting, waiting to put my first wash out.xx
Great choice of pics again for the prompts -love the little critter on the daff.We have had three nice sunny days and just waiting for my washer to finish too

Love how you interpret the prompts Carol, and this post is no exception!! The wet floor is wonderful, and I love your back lit daffy - my one and only died back some time ago :(.
ReplyDeleteI remember reading The Very Hungry Caterpillar to my children, and more recently, all four grandies...
Stay safe
Blessings
Maxine

ReplyDeleteReally neat photo for "numbers" and I love the photo of the wet floor! So satisfying to have a freshly mopped floor, I think.
