Our daughter has just moved into a brand new apartment on the top floor, so this is for her and B.
Why is it called an apartment when it's all stuck together?
The background is smooshed, the splattered with white ink and then misted with gold interference, and a sentiment embossed. A fine strip of washi along the bottom to 'ground' the buildings.
Stamp: magazine freebie
Also: DI's, white pigment ink, transference gold mist, washi.

What a wonderful card Carol - I spotted the lit windows straight away :) This must really be quite shiny and shimmery IRL!
