A bit of stamping, a bit of paper piecing, fussy cutting, heat embossing, some sparkle (see pic below). The eyes and beak stamped separately and overlaid. I like how the corner punch movement echoes the background stamp frame. The background is watercolour stamping. Because of the plaid I should have called in checkin' in.
I'm sure this chicken will find lots of goodies in this garden - bawk bawk! I still miss my chickens.

Gorgeous Carol, I love this chicken image it looks wonderful in the plaid and the touches of colour are perfect. The background is so pretty in pink. xx
ReplyDeleteThis is simply fabulous! Love the paper piecing and it's so perfect for our theme at I spy with my little eye, thank you so much for playing along with us!
ReplyDeleteYour background is so pretty for your adorable plaid rooster, great piecing. Love the corner punch you used and with the black border created a interesting and pretty frame. You have met our requirement at Double Trouble "Any Way You Punch It" using at least one punch or die and have used Twisted Sister's optional twist to include an animal on a farm. We are partnering with I Spy With My Little Eye and if you enter your card in our challenge you will have earned three chances to our random drawing... hope to see your pretty card at Double Trouble. https://doubletroublechallenge.blogspot.com/2023/09/Challenge-148.html
