Pastels, not what I would normally work with, but I'm experimenting with my metallic watercolours and they are sometimes bold, sometimes soft.
I painted a rainbow panel using the metallic watercolours (lovely sparkly sheen) and when dry, diecut with this lacy die. The white panel is embossed with Cuttlebug scripty writing and matted it with patterned paper with the tones of the rainbow in a soft floral. The sentiment is layered and diecut in a sage green. I tried a lot of combinations for the sentiment but pale colours looked wrong, so did bolder colours. I decided on a rainbow of pearls to finish.
