Flowers & stars stencilled with Distress Inks, water splatttered, sheer shimmer mist. Home made star stencil using negative of diecut. Gold metallic pen used to make faux splatter, WoS on stars. Stamped & embossed sentiment. Totally a one-layer card directly onto card base, that's as flat as you get.
