Made for a friend who speaks french; we were in the same tour group in France about 2017, seems so long ago now. A town near us (Cambridge) is twinned with a french town (Le Quesnoy) and celebrates 14 July with french themed food and activities.

What a magnificent France-inspired card. I love the simple layout of your project - it really makes sure that the cat gentleman gets all the spotlight. He is such an adorable creature, and I like the stripes in the background which are more than perfect for him.
