Repetition is the name of the game here. One stamp, one matching die.
I stamped the word in rainbow colours, used a white pen to add dots. The edge of the panel is dry embossed to finish the edge and add some shadow. Diecut the word once from bright patterned paper and stuck it over the yellow word (which looked a bit pale); the designer paper gives a bit of movement too.
Also: white pen, patterned paper with glossy and sparkly bits on it
