This weeks sketch from Julee:



and my interpretation:

























Embossed kraft card with Spellbinders Basketweave folder, then smooshed with white versacolor ink, sprayed with gold glimmermist.  Diecut 3 different sized birdcages from black, trimmed bits off to suit.  Diecut hot pink & turquoise card with Couture Creations Classic Chevron, interwove through the birdcages, and adhered. Diecut another little cage in orange to get the bird, layered him over the top with a tiny gem eye.  Wiggled on some music washi tape for his song, some peeloffs for chain & some gems for pretty.

I like the subtlety of the kraft card with the brights to focus attention, and hang it all together with basic black.  I hope you like it too.  Thanks for looking.
