dotty celebration

Going dotty when you celebrate your 60th is ok!  This one is for my friend who is a long way away.  I used the dots to make it feel like confetti and the bling to make her feel like a star.  She is the blonde one in the middle.  These girls know how to celebrate, right?

Art Impressions Girlfriends stamped with Versafine ink and handcoloured with watercolour crayons.  Diecut circle, stamped sentiment heat embossed with black sparkle cut into banner.

I hope it makes you feel like you're at a party!
