143 water; July Chick; Creature
I stencilled the base card then heat embossed it using Judikins Black Diamond.  The digistamp is from From The Heart Stamps and is coloured with Reno pens (don't you love the bubbles in her drink?).  I wanted a tag shape so diecut the end of the tag for a feminine touch and tied an organza bow.  Sentiment is made on the computer and diecut with X-cut speech bubbles, mounted with 3d foam.
Birdbrain Chick looks so relaxed right now, but it wouldn't surprise me if she floated all the way to Australia!
