The fold is the double diagonal pocket card from Splitcoast Stampers. It uses double sided paper and is simple with a few folds and cuts. I ran two gold peel-off strips across the front to accentuate the diagonal and lead to the heart, matted a panel topper and added the gold diecut heart.
Diecut heart: Provocraft (I have had it for years and don't know what it's called, there is nothing written on it, but I think it might be concentric hearts?) I used only the centre one.
Printed Panel: Unknown, from stash
Paper: Unknown, from stash
Flourish stamps: Hero Arts
Diecut ends of tags: Spellbinders Labels One

What a wonderful card Carol - I am sure your DH would have appreciated it - more so if he reads a lot.
Blessings

Love this Carol! I feel so guilty now. Made my hubby a gorgeous card for our anniversary, now Valentine's has passed and I still haven't written in it! I so need to do that. It's the little things that keep love alive isn't it?! Gorgeous 'tag' card. Love it to bits. Hugs, Wends x
I love this idea and the fun messages for your hubby. Awesome color choices. I love tags and you did this perfect. Thanks for joining us at Inspiration Destination.
