Shabby Roses

A while ago I watched a tutorial on youtube https://youtu.be/ICB6hvH3WV8 on how to make roses. The video does it with burlap but I was trying for a shabby look here, and the roses are made of quilters muslin (2) and cotton lace (1).  The diecuts are nesting but I offset them.

EF: Anna Griffin -elaborate quatrefoil
Diecut frames: Spellbinders- marvellous squares
Diecut label: Spellbinders -grommet tags
Sentiment stamp: Kaisercraft
Also pearls, organza ribbon

Beautiful Carol - love the rolled roses, and over the off set frames they are so dramatic. The bow is the pert=ft touch of colour

Just beautiful! Great job on your roses! I've tried making them of burlap using a youtube video and failed miserably! LOL! I'll have to try it with other fabrics ... thanks for inspiration and thanks so much for playing in our ‘Handmade Flowers’ challenge at Dies R Us! Please come back again soon!
