Delicious

I love pears, one of my favourite fruits and they are just in season here... delicious! crunchy! juicy! fresh!    And this card is for one of my favourite people.

The pears are stamped and gold embossed, then sponged with black distress ink to bring them forward, almost 3D.

Pear stamp: A Stamp in the Hand
Sentiment stamps: Hero Arts
Embossing: gold

Super sponging on those pears Carol, they really pop off the card. Your sentiment made me smile as it is so appropriate for those juicy pear images. I bought a pear tree last autumn so I am eagerly awaiting to see if it will bear fruit this year, but I have to wait as we are only just entering spring here. Enjoy your pears. Thank you so much for sharing this with us at Less is More xx

Oh, these are pretty pears. Love how they look and the color. My Aunt had 2 pineapple pear trees and they used to be loaded with fruit every year.

This is brilliant! What a super idea to use the teal as the background, and those pears really pop against it - your black shadow sponging is a great touch. Love the creativity! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Less is More :)
