This stamp I've had for ages and never used was free with a magazine. I made the splash on an acrylic block using Distress Inks, then pressed the paper onto it. The panel is two patterned papers (water looking designs) woven together and trimmed to size.
Image stamp: free with magazine
Coloured with Copics
Sentiment stamp: Rosie's Studio
Splash & edges: Distress Inks
Washi, gems
