The image is printed and coloured with Copics (the background has shaded blue dots but it doesn't show in the photo. A same-coloured frame is diecut and raised with 3D foam tape, as is the heat embossed stamped sentiment. I also Versamarked and heat embossed the edge of the card in bright turquoise to match the sentiment. I used washi tape (from my stash) which is so old it wouldn't pull off properly, but I decided I liked how the torn bits looked anyway.
