Circus

This year we decided to give the six smaller grandkids (ages 8-11) an experience rather than more 'stuff' (although they are getting a little something to open which includes chocolates and a little game), so we took them all to the circus - just like herding cats!
So, for Christmas day, to go with their 'opening' presents I made them all cards with photos from the circus.  Inside are photos of the circus acts, a photo of them with poppa at the entrance, and made a little poem.  On the outside I decorated the front to match their present wrapping.  On the boxes of goodies, I diecut labels and put their monogram on.

I hope they like it.

A great idea and much better than more stuff to be neglected after a short time

I love the circus. Ringling Brothers no longer is in existence. Kinda sad. You're a good granny. [Bunny]`

What a wonderful way to celebrate and make memories with the family Carol - and then to refresh the memories! Although herding cats sounds as though you may have been a wee bit frazzled by the end of the excursion!
