iSpy #35 Lysha's photographic challenge
The prompts this week were: Clip, Dear, Handmade, Starts with D, Your choice.
CLIP: Ian hasbeen clipping the feijoa hedge and the star jasmine growing on the trellis, doesn't it look nice and tidy?
DEAR: here are two of my dear grandchildren, Jackson and Rhiannon.
HANDMADE: Our local patchworkers & quilters guild quilt exhibition. All handmade by amazing women. Mine is the gold-ish boxes illusion quilt in the middle of the frame. I like this shot because of all the overlapping shapes.
STARTS with D: I love daisies, so simple and such an amazing design. Look at the little row of yellow dots around the dark blue centre.
Your choice: Nature's lace.
Whew, this week was a hard one.

Absolutely love the photos of the quilts and the daisies. The quilts are gorgeous - my mom is an avid quilter and I love seeing the different designs and stitch details. Daisies are probably my favorite flower and those are unusual with the colors in the center.
Hi Carol, I love this choice of pics. The hedge is perfection, not a leaf out of place,a gorgeous shot of the grandkids and the quilts look amazing, yours looks so complicated, the daisy flowers are a sweet gift aren't they and the natures lace is so amazing, honestly I will think of you every time I see something like that.xx
You may have found this week a hard one, but oh my goodness you have some amazing photos and great interpretation of the prompts. Love the look of your quilt, and all the shapes that take the eye to it!
Stay safe
Blessings
Maxine

What lovely quilts! I just adore that photo of your grandkids near the water. Here is a link to the recipe I follow to make my bread: https://www.jennycancook.com/recipes/2-hour-fastest-no-knead-bread/
Thanks for the link Joanne. CarolG
Love your dear shot! Your quilt looks amazing!
Between Nature's Lace and the daisies, I can't pick a favourite picture this week. And I had a similar idea for "dear" with my children :)
