For this one I used punched squares and zany stamps. As the scrap pile gets smaller squares were a good option, and made a very bright background - I arranged them in colour rows & blends to get a cohesive look. For the border, I stamped onto patterned paper.
I just gave this to a friend for her birthday, she actually squealed!
