Pastels, not what I would normally work with, but I'm experimenting with my metallic watercolours and they are sometimes bold, sometimes soft.
I painted a rainbow panel using the metallic watercolours (lovely sparkly sheen) and when dry, diecut with this lacy die. Embossed a white panel with Cuttlebug scripty writing and matted it with patterned paper with the tones of the rainbow in a soft floral. The sentiment is layered and diecut in a sage green. I tried a lot of combinations for the sentiment but pale colours looked wrong, so did bolder colours. I decided on a rainbow of pearls to finish.
