The bird is stamped on alcohol ink coloured glossy photo card and fussy cut (IRL the colours are brighter than photo shows). The crown is coloured with a metallic gold pen. The red panel is AALL & Create diecut and splattered with black DI, sentiment is layered diecut. Sketch from Splitcoast stampers.

In answer to your question the Diecut panel is AALL & Create (in NZ, Ribbon Rose have them and possibly Krafters Cart or Embellish It). The bird is just a fussy cut stamp.
