Lately I've been working on a Suzy Quilts Fat Quarter Star Quilt sew-along with two quilty friends.
The fabrics and colours we chose are wildly different and it always amazes me that the same design in a different fabric can make a quilt that looks nothing like the others. I chose a smoky blue as the background and from my stash a collection of paisleys, long overdue to be used.
I have finished the top and now just have to quilt it! I have to state here that I am a really good starter and a really bad finisher. I will post again when it's finished.

I think I may have seen this on FB or maybe that was a different one. However, its gorgeous and I can only admire how much work goes into one of these beauties. xx
