Our latest NZ cardswap topic was 'monochrome' so it had to be blue, my fave colour. I had to put a butterfly on it too - my swap person loves butterflies.
This is a new background stamp, which I used with water stamping technique and Distress Inks Chipped Sapphire. Also misted with Perfect Pearls. I think it looks like willow pattern china. Diecut an oval (Spellbinders) matted and popped up with foam tape. The small butterfly is Kaisercraft, oval lacy diecut from vellum, silver thread and silver pearls. Sentiment diecut & layered. I also put a leftover strip of the background on the inside of the card.
