Gulls are food opportunists, this one has stolen a chip/french fry from someone - literally seized the day. Cheeky!
The base card is pearlised and a bit sparkly. A panel smooshed and splattered at the bottom with Ranger Distress Inks's in blues, and a small smooshed snippet salted and splattered with white gouache paint, both diecut into arch shapes. The gull is diecut and layered from odd snippets/scraps, coloured with Copics. I made a chip freehand, and it's a snippet too. The gull, sentiment and small panel are popped up on foam tape.
