WE are expecting a week of wind and rain, how appropriate is this card?
I used Distress Inks to smoosh the top of the card panel, and the side of a piece of cardboard dipped in the ink to make the rain. OOooo I love getting inky.
The Tim Holtz man is diecut (a really old Bigz die) from black card lightly paint-brushed over with gold paint. Stamped sentiment and clear droplets.

The image is from Bugaboo (sadly no longer available), coloured with Copics, fussy-cut. The EF background is Cuttlebug with a diecut honeycomb. Oval dies are Spellbinders. Stamped sentiment and punched butterflies. The birthday sentiment is inside, forgot to photograph before sending. No, don't ration the excitement - enjoy!
A bit of fun for Luca's first birthday.
I tried to get a bit non-traditional in the way of colour combinations and was pleased with this.
The little letter dies are inlaid and attached to a silky twine strung from side to side but hanging free so they can be tilted and played with. The Uniquely Creative numbers die is also inlaid, as are the helicopter pieces. A punched gold star to add shine and dots of gold Nuvo drops on wheels and whirly bit. All assembled on a fabulous patterned paper.

Cat and friends (Katzelcraft) stamped onto panel and coloured with Copics. Also stamped on post-it note which is cut out, used as mask and background stencilled with DI's.
Another of my Gorjuss Girls stamps from Santoro on a background of roses. She is coloured with Copics and fussy cut. The panel is embossed ( EF Couture Creations) sprinkled with Colour Infusions powders, and misted with shimmer. Stamped sentiment, iridescent gems added. Panel matted on lavender card, image and senti popped up on foam.

So simple. A double inked and stamped apple using watercolour technique with DI's. A simple sentiment with gold thread.

I haven't used my Gorjuss girls in such a long time so I dusted them off, stamped and coloured with Copics, diecut with stitched Dienamics frame and edge inked. Layered over a stamped panel (TimHoltz tiny sentiments stamp sheet) with edges inked. The black scoopy diecut is part of a failed diecut circle (so I just cut the failed but off), and a layer of lacy cobwebby green fabric cut with pinking shears. The heart is a scrap offcut of smooshed card diecut with a hole punched to tie the sparkly twine. Stamped with one of the TH sentiments. The pretty paper also has inked edges.

Background is spritzed and splattered (DI's, shimmer mist), stencilled (DI's), then diecut. Elephant is diecut then stamped, left uncoloured on purpose so it would stand out, same with diecut sentiment; both adhered with 3D foam tape for shadow. I have just discovered square cards are such fun to work with, I've hardly ever used them.

I love these Colorado characters. This bunny got caught in an April shower, and still managed to find a flower.
Stamped image on panel, coloured the rabbit etc with Copics, and paperpieced the umbrella. White pen highlights. Matted onto patterned paper for a border. I like the pop of colour amongst the black & white. No sentiment needed.

Chocolate card, chocolate metallic watercolour paints smooshed and splattered for a background, a Eureka bunny who's had a nibble at the sentiment, a little chocolate hill, and Impression Obsession diecut grass. Cheeks, nose and shadow is coloured pencils. Gold thread, felt tail for a lucky rub. The strip of green is a leftover snippet of pierced card.
