Summer Santa

In our New Zealand cardswap group the theme for December was stitching (of any kind) with optional Christmas.  Remembering we have a summer Christmas!
I selected a Santa and a sentiment that was in the 'odds & sods box' on my desk and decided on a rustic approach to the stitching.  There is faux stitching around both panels as well as real stitching.

Santa image: ClosetomyHeart
Coloured with Copics
EF: Couture Creations
Die: unbranded
Sentiment: don't know, also from my odds box
Also: embroidery floss, Kindyglitz

Ho Ho Ho! Cute card, Carol. It's great to be in shorts at Christmas. I would however like to have a white Christmas one year. I'd like to try sledding, skiing, building a snowman, snowmobiling. I just don't want to break any thing. [Bunny]
