I had fun making this from scrappy strips and snippets of patterned papers. The weave is placed under the diecut tree.

Great card Carol. I recieved a card last week done in this way and loved it. Can you point me to the tutorial please, as I would love to try one myself
I just stick strips on a piece of card and wove other strips across, but I found a tutorial using a similar style here: http://craftysahmiam.blogspot.com/2012/01/woven-heart-card.html
