Our son-in-law is fishing mad and goes out mostly on his fishing jetski. He is very generous with his catch and we enjoy the fruits of his labours. He says the more he gives away, the more reason to go fishing again! Anyway it's his birthday this week and I decided to honour his fishing prowess.
I stamped on the base card and also on tiny snippets of patterned paper to do some paper piecing. The bottom is stencilled through confetti waste. I drew the hanging line and bird footprints freehand.

I absolutely love this card Carol. Great stencilling through the sequin waste and some freehand too. Gosh those snippety fish must've taken patience to fussy cut and stick on!
Now, before Miss Di gives you detention . . . at the time of writing this comment you have not put a link to the Snippets Playground in your post - although you are all linked up properly in the challenge itself. Just sayin'! xxx
Love it Carol - the humour is fabulous and the paper piecing perfect.
Blessings

HI Sarn, thanks for the reminder - just an oversight. CarolG
