I've been experimenting with shapes other than cards. A bookmark for booksy friend.
White card smooshed with Ranger DI's, stamped with bats & cobweb from Tim Holtz, misted with Silver Shimmer, edges inked. Couture Creations corner punch, diecut tree cut in half. Tiny text stamped and Book Book written by hand. Ribbon stapled on. It has another same shape on the back covering the sharp bits of the staples and the odd mess of ink and fingerprint, so is very sturdy.

A bright bold and brave halloween double tag. I like making tags as you have to simplify everything and can't get too fussy.
Tags diecut; top one smooshed with Ranger DI's, back tag diecut from black core card, is sanded and has a stamped message inside - I love Boo (Tim Holtz). Top tag stamped with cobwebs and bats. The stamps are from two Tim Holtz sets, sentiment from a different set. One bat is heat embossed with Judikins black sparkle EP and fussy cut. Tied together with black ribbon and pearly string.

CAS design this time. The critters are Colorado stamps, coloured with Copics. The balloon has a little Wink of Stella for sparkle. A rabbit and a guinea pig or is it a hamster. I've never seen a hamster, we don't have them here in NZ.
Autumn is apple time. I reckon most fruits look and taste like sunshine. Not all ... Durian (a tropical fruit, usually banned in hotels because of the smell) for example, is really ugly - has spikes on the outside and tastes like rotten onion custard ... And some are ugly on the outside but sunny on the inside like pineapple, passionfruit. Apples are the ultimate autumn fruit, so many varieties and colours.
Digital image from my Bitz box, coloured with Copics and fussycut. A woody paper trimmed and bordered with thin gold strips/snippets. A little Stickles on the heart, a little bit of doodling, and white pen for reflect. The image is Polkadoodles, but I changed the sentiment.

Ombre pink ink blending, gold heat embossed doily stamp, matted onto pale pink card. A sentiment, stamped and gold embossed with a shadow diecut. Check out the wine coloured envelope with a matching doily stamp. Doily stamp is an old wooden one from Creative Expressions, it stamps so crisply. I re-discovered it while trying to pare down my stuff, probably haven't used it in 10 years. It's part of a set that makes boxes.

White card ink blended with DI's in yellows and oranges. Water stamped with numbers and letters stamps. Diecuts: a note page from pretty paper, a leaf and a heat embossed sentiment (Dienamics). The leaf is rubbed with a little gold Paint Stik. The paper has edges inked and curled.

Halloween seems to be a very american thing, in NZ we don't generally go in for this. I'm not sure what the colours represent, but they are fun together. This is the alternative meaning to the dark web.
I am going to give this to my friend who always makes halloween cards for her grandchildren.
I used a Cuttlebug web EF, some snippet strips from my box, Tim Holtz stamps for the ghosts and sentiment, and a touch of WoS for sparkle. Ghosts are popped on foam tape. Now, thinking about it I could have used a wobbler. Look at that shimmer, what disco divas these two are!

I was sent the leaf skeletons by a crafty friend (you know who you are). I recently won the challenge at Word Art Wednesday which was various adhesives from Stix2Anything, an amazing prize; I made this using some of their products and sent to them in appreciation.
I paired the leaves and added a diecut shadow sentiment in gold and black. The brown paper is Bo Bunny double dot, which is textured, motley and vaguely distressed looking. Nuvo gold dots added. Lots of lovely texture in the paper and the leaves.

A wonderful technique, kind of a reverse inking. The de-bossed side of the card is coloured in the hollows, then a direct-to-paper swiping of black ink on the high bits. It takes a bit of time and care but gives a super result. I used Distress Inks for all the inking, matted onto gold, then onto a black card base. Stamped gold embossed sentiment popped up on foam tape. Tim Holtz Acorns 3D EF.
A mushy birthday card.
Two pretty papers from stash, a diecut, a pierced panel with punched fancy edge (Fiskars), a punched pearly butterfly, stamped sentiment, and gold pearls. The mushys tops are sprayed with gold shimmer mist.
