I made this for our daughter who had some surgery in late July and will be 6 weeks off work for recovery. This is to make her smile. She likes heat and sunshine.
I don't know what the stamp is, but it is fun. I coloured it with Copics and used some Ranger Stickles to make the water sparkle. The panel has a scored border to frame it, and a hanging partial diecut tag for the sentiment which came with the stamp.
