Babies are a great reason to celebrate.
Here I used a Cuttlebug Embossing Folder on pale green pearlescent card for the background panel. The diecut bootee (Marianne eline sock) is pieced, then ribbon threaded through and pearls added. The Hero Arts sentiment is silver embossed.
