An EF that looks like fish scales, . The aqua coloured panel is smooshed with several colours of DI's and misted with Perfect Pearls, embossing that looks like fish scales; the sentiment stamped & diecut and misted as well. The fish are assembled using snippets of coordinating shaded card for heads and tails. Put onto a black base card to make the colours pop.
