The background is a technique called "Iron-off Embossing" learned from a video tutorial by Jennifer McGuire on Youtube.
I used a large background stamp, and got a 2-for-1 print from the iron-off. It uses stamps, inks & embossing powder. Oooh I love getting inky!
Large stamp: Hero Arts
Bicycle die: Marianne
Banner die: unbranded
Embossed sentiment: Rosie's Studio
Also: Perfect pearls mist, distress inks, pearls, ribbon, black pen doodle
