Definitely CAS and definitely pasifika. The embossed frangipani stamp is a typical design in the pacific islands (about 25yo, Kiwi-Impressionz, one of my first stamp buys!). I had a bit of fun with the colours and layering and decided they could do the work, leaving the sentiment subtle. I like the slightly distressed look. Pencils used to colour.
