A rainbow is always a good sign and something to celebrate.
The sentiment is heat embossed with sparkly red EP and cut as a strip. The hot colours diecut rainbow is sitting in the clouds EF. I love the limited colour in the rainbow, I didn't want any other colours, and I didn't want colour in the background either. A small enamel dot in black for shine. I like this, I'm going to try out different combinations.
