A bit of doodling with black pen to make a frame, roughly coloured with Distress Crayons. Stamped cat (?Katzelkraft), masked and stencilled (Ranger) on background; coloured with copics. Opal Dust added to fish for scales, Cat panel is edged in black DI, popped up on foam tape.
