T'witchy Cat

 I love these characterful cats.

Panel is smooshed Ranger DI's, black splatter.  Cat is stamped and fussycut, coloured with Copics.  Hat is stamped into patterned paper and fussycut.  Stamps Tim Holtz.  A black strip of card offcut/snippet to sit upon.
