This is such a cute image from House Mouse, I love doing baby cards with this. I chose soft green for the accent colour as it would do for a boy or girl.
Check patterned paper cut for mat, cut again for oval panel (this is one of my favourite papers and this is the last of it, has been in my stash a long time). A scallop oval diecut to layer the check oval on. Coloured the stamped image with Copics and fussy-cut. Popped up on 3D foam as is the stamped Baby sentiment. The diecut bow is layered x3, gem added. White pen dots added to coverlet.
