A card for someone special.
A background panel with pricked design, a band of dark green embossed with Darice Shamrocks swiped with DI, splattered with gold metallic watercolour paint, banded with crushed gold sparkly tissue narrow border and wide border. The whole panel diecut into an arch shape. Diecut crow/blackbird with pewter Craf-T metallic rub-on. Dots made using 3D KindyGlitz gold to look like starry sky. Tiny tag stamped, tied with gold cord, popped up on foam tape, added tiny heart from diecut dropout.

Carol: Hello, dear! Thanks for incorporating a red color heart on the tag for 'let's crow about shamrocks' card!! Putting a starry night sky behind the crow seems fitting! Terrific card! Thanks for being part of HQCB #83!!
