Lots of sparkles to celebrate whatever.  House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge is all about the SPARKLES, join us here: 

I stamped and coloured the image, then scored around the very outside edge to give it a frame (shame it doesn't show in the photo).  The red glitter card has diecut edges.  The bubbles are covered with Stickles for sparkle.
