A very simple card. I like using birds and butterflies for sympathy cards as they symbolise journey to me.
The die and sentiment are unknown brands ( if anyone knows them, please advise me so I can acknowledge), but what a lovely feeling they provide. I added pearls and silver pen dots, and matted onto pearly metallic card. I added some of the drop-out birds to the envelope.

What an uplifting look to this card. It does give the feel of a journey as you mentioned. CAS and excellent. So glad that you joined us at Double D this week.
WOW Carol, this is amazing - love your colour choices, and the fabulous touches of elegance with the pearls and silver dots.

A beautiful card and so perfect for use. I have never really thought about birds for a sympathy card before Carol, it makes perfect sense to me now, thankyou for that.xx
Oh Carol, this is just beautiful & comforting! Love the color and that you've used the punch outs on the envelope flap (great thinking). Thanks so much for joining in the fun at our Double D challenge! Good Luck and we hope you’ll come back often.
