Welcome card for new neighbours.  I printed the image onto card and on printer paper which I cut out and used as a mask.  I sponged the background and flag.  I decided to leave the rest uncoloured to stand out against the background.

Just popped by to answer your question Carol. I don't bother entering challenges anymore because I got tired of either never getting answers from them, or the same people winning over and over so no one else got a chance and last but not least I think I have enough stash to be honest, unless its something I really would love I gave up. I hope this clears it up abit, not being funny with anyone, just got downhearted at some point so now do it for fun.xxx

What a fun card for your new neighbors! Leaving the image uncolored with just the pop of red on the flag is perfect!
