I have separate blending brushes as recommended for Distress Ink and Distress Oxide. I accidentally used my Distress Ink brushes with DOxInks, so gave them a wash with handwash foam in the palm of my hand, rubbing the brush in and the colour came out beautifully into the foam. Not being one to waste anything, I rushed and got some pre-cut panels of watercolour card that I had ready to use for another project and smeared the foam out, leaving it to dry naturally. YAY, what a lovely mottled result. Similar to using shaving foam but easier and what a lot of ink comes out.
